rolled oas bloating me out

guys i been eating regular rolled oatmeal with my egg whites for breakfast but they have been bloating me out big time and makeing my stomach hurt so i switched back to instant.....anybody got any ideas why this is happing i also look leaner and more vascular after switching back to instant oats

you are probably allergic to it, same thing happens to me. Try something else bro, I use creme of brown rice (like creme of wheat).

i wish i could fiond cream of brown rice down here.. searched everywhere for it, but cream of wheat does rule too

I get it at whole foods, I know they have whole foods in florida and in MA, not sure about texas though, I would think they would though its pretty big chain.

there are a few Whole foods in Austin TX i dont know about anywere eles in TX
