Time between Winstrol injections to maintain steady blood levels.

I've read that the half life of Winny inj. is 8 hrs. Does this mean that a dose is required every 8 hrs? OR is a dose required every 16 hrs since 8 hrs is the HALF life. I'm a little bit confused as to the ideal timing between injections
Any advice from you guys would be greatly appreciated.

Ok. every day is fine. But, I'm wondering is a day every 12 hours, every 24 hours, every 8 hours? I would like to find out what you vets out there find to be the most effective.
