    Image editing programs to create freaky muscle

    Does anyone know of any good applications/morph programs for creating freaky looking pics like this, or is photoshop my only option?

    THat looks like a photoshop job, using the rubber stamp tool in adition to a few other things.

    I have been looking for a program that does this too. I dont know if it is photoshop, I am prety fluint in it and i cant tell how they would do it. Maybe it is though.
