Gyno surgery

It's not that bad. Slight pain after surgery(I didn't even use pain meds). Back in gym after 1 wk(no chest training). Some say wait a little longer. Training chest 2 wks. after surgery.

what was the price tag on you surgery if you don't mind me asking. One side, or both?

had surgery back in april,back in the gym in 10 days benching 365 for 10 with some soreness,more like tightness.here we are in august and my bench has been up and over 500# since end of june,fully recovered and extremely pleased with the end result...$4800 total,worth every penny

Do you know if the procedure is similar to what a woman would have in a breast reduction? Do they make an incision along the bottom edge of your chest on each side, or go in around the nipple, or through the armpit? Did it affect sensation in your nipples? Do they remian flacid at all times or do they still perk if cold/stimulated?
