www.spotinjections.com that'll show you where you can inject...typically theres not "good/better/best" place to inject as far as gains go.
check that site out and decide what place is good for you, most do Glutes(ass), but I dont prefer that because I cant get a good angle, so I've done Quads(thighs)..and thats fine..hope this helps

I just check out the site, realy good one, but one of the steps is to aspirate, they mean once the needle is inside ( the place you going to inject) you have to first pull back to draw some blood, and how much you pull back.
Oh, no no...you dont want to see blood. If you see blood, you would be injecting into a vein (Not good). SO, that is why you aspirate, meaning pull back to make sure theres no blood ...I think on that site, the guy hits a vein and theres blood in his syringe, if you see blood, take the syringe out (with blood in it still) and inject a small distance away, aspirate again, make sure theres no blood, and your good to go!
As a first timer to self injections i find delts easiest, followed by the triceps. Thats my opinion though.

Yep Ventro Glute or Medial Glute is a site I use in my rotation. It's easier to reach. I am beginning to love pec shots however. Easy, painless and so far trouble free.Originally Posted by Logan13

The reason for this is that the thigh is in plain view, its a big muscle (especially mine *lol*) and thus you get a good control over what you`re doing.
I tried to inject my ass once, but it was painful and I couldn`t see what I was doing. Injecting in delts seems difficult as the muscle isn`t all that big. Probably just me, cus the nurse who gave me shots in the army had no problems with it
I like to put ice on the injection site, that way you won`t feel a damn thing and to sit in a chair, watch TV, ice down the thigh and then injecting with 99.999% chance of success, hell you can`t beat that.
i have never injected anywhere but the ass and im not going to unless i have to because of scar tissue sometime down the road. Ass is painless though and i have t400 which is supposed to hurt like a bitch

I tried lats for the first time today because all my injection spots have lumps in them or I hit them recently. Lats are smooth and pretty painless. I will definately be adding these in from now on.

No, just pull back a little bit to see if you draw blood. Bro if you hit a vein, trust me you'll know. Aren't there any mates of yours that can show you how to inject?

Mon : Dec 2ml - Glute / Winny 1ml - Pec
Tues: Winny 1ml - Pec
Wed: Winny 1ml - Delt / Eq 1ml - Thigh
Thurs: Dec 2ml / Test 1ml- Glute / Winny 1ml - Delt
Friday: Winny 1ml - Biceps
Satur: Winny 1ml - Biceps
Sunday: Winny 1ml - Thigh / Eq 1ml - Thigh

wow thats a lot of shots, have U beign on juice for a while.
I favor glutes for a beginner. They can hold the juice pretty easy, you never get a squirter, and they are pain free for the most part except with very painful gear. You almost never get gear cough except with fina or something like that. Quads are easier but I say learn to do glutes first, then quads, then graduate as needed to pecs or delts or biceps.
