What do you guys think of that idea? Low fat, easy to follow, and everything is allready planned out for you.
This way you get all the vits and mins you need. The key would be to add about another 80 or more grams of Protein ed. Any thoughts?

For what goal?
I never like a "low fat" diet no matter what my goal, but that's just me and the way my body works.
