Getting strnger with EVERy exercise while cutting. It has been 9 days, do I still need a refeed? 180 about 15% I do not really want to but if it would be beneficial I was thinking about 500 over main. via oats,yams,shredded wheat and a half gallon of skim milk. Please let me know soon, tommorow is a rest day and advice could come in handy.
