gained 30...kept 25
can usually gain a good 20-25 on a solid bulker
I gained 30 kept 30, though about 5-10lbs of fat helped make up that gain. A few cycles I only gained around 8 keeping 4. If you are at close to your genetic limit, like I do believe I am, then it will be harder to gain... I guess eating more or less than what supports you body will effect outcome and retention.

gained 30, kept 25, lost 10 more in fat....overall solid 15 lbs.
Gained 32 kept28 on Sust/winny cycle (2nd cycle)
My current cycle im on, im at the end of week 5 and I'm up 35lbs, should be interesting to see what I keep. Been off the Dbol 1 week and haven't lost anything which I though I would due to water retention. I think the hardest thing is eating so much. It's expensive as hell. I think I've spent more on chicken so far than I did on my gear.![]()
30lbs, dont really know how much of it was good solid gains because I continued to get bigger and fatter after my cycle was over.
