I'm waiting to finish mine up and switch to another brand. It tastes terrible, I burb it up afterwards, and makes your piss a super bright florescent color and it stinks.

I use megamen right now but every vit Ive ever used caused this. except for flintstone kids.

Yea I rotate back and forth between the pak and AST Multi Pro. 12 pills does become a pain in the ass when you're gagging on them every fu*kin day.

Dude, yall are crazy for spending that kind of loot on vitimins. The anamial pack vitimins almost cost as many dollors as pills that they make you take ed.

Haha! I use to take the flintstones kids vits! Chewable! Haha good stuff. Now I take ASTs Multi. When i run out I go to costco and get some Centrum.

Centrum and Centrum Performance. As long as it has a large array of minerals and vitamins it doesn't matter tho.

First of all wrong forum but great question. This is a product that everyone should be taking year round.

I'm totally with you on the Mega man. GNC sucks and is way over priced but...........their Mega man is totally worth it. Its time released so it has an enrobing process that diperses "X" amount of vitamins and minerals evenly over time. Instead of giving you one large boost like Centrum or OneADay. Those 2 are the worst ever and am surprised that people like them.

Personally I was always taking Mega man until the Beverly Super Pack came my way. Has everything the Megaman Has plus way more. Comes w/ great fish oils plus digestive enzymes. PLUS, all the tabs are time released!!!!!! IMO the Beverly are the best and def worth the $$$. I pay $18 for a month supply.

It makes a HUGE difference what brand you are using. Centrums have been proven to be very non-absorbable which happens to be the case for almost ALL of the el-cheapo brands that you see in supermarkets or Walmart. Up to 90% of centrum is compressed too hard in the pill to break down an absorb properly. Also, it is not nearly as complete as the Mega Men. Mega Men absorb extremely well in comparison. There really is no comparision between the two vitamins. Centrums are practically worthless. Try something else. Also, it is good to split up the daily dose - once in the morning and once in the early evening. That way your body gets these important nutrients at night when it needs them to repair/recover.
