considering whats on it, the hi gi carb bread..the sugars in it.. the toppings the cheese and sauce...

its a fat/low quality protien/hi gi carb meal.....its garbage.

but, its better than NOTHING.

I do love the fukin double meatball subs with a line of ranch and a line of italian with lotsa s and p tomatoes and jalapenos tho....

I agree with what your saying, but if you take somebody who eats sweets and fried food all day, and put them to eat Whole Wheat Subs with grilled chicken no mayo they will lose weight fast. But yeah Jared is a JOKE.
