I've been training for many years and I'm interested in taking it up a notch and doing a cycle of primo and maybe either var or prop. Any one have any suggestions. I am late 40's.....in pretty good condition but having trouble gaining any muscle mass. I take about 120 gms of protein (weight 117 lbs, 5'4") and lots of supplements. I just want to look really great in my 50's.......not looking to compete.......just want to be in awesome condition cuz it feels good.........=)
