Ok, As the title states I am going off to college in a few weeks. After fall practice which will only be a few weeks i want to go on a bulking diet. I will have 3 meals a day, 7 days a week as that is the meal plan i selected.. but i need other ways to get my other meals throughout the day such as my Post post workout meal (assuming I go have my 2nd or 3rd meal as a post workout meal).
I dont know if I should just keep cans of tuna in the mini fridge in my room all the time or if there are many other options that I can handle with a microwave / mini - fridge / min - freezer ? of course I could go the peanut butter and jelly route

but I wanted to know if there is anything good out there I can just keep in my room and have as a meal at any point in the day I need it
any suggestions would help
