Hi i had just started to feel the kick at about week four of a Test E/ Decca cycle and suddenly got ill. I had a week off and then felt better at the weekend, so i trained medium intensity and put myself in bed for another week with general cold/flu pains, muscular tiredness etc. My question is should continue to juice and just have a couple of weeks off leaving me only 5-6 weeks of training time left or stop now?? Will the juice have a significant standpoint on my recovery time ?
