Red meat, peanut butter, healthy fats like olive oil and flax oil, rice, potatoes, etc. etc.
It's really not that hard you'd be surprised.

Nuts might kill your appetite so I would suggest having them B4 bed.
nuts and dry curd cottage cheese or nuts and a casein shake? Or doest it matter? Not trying to jump on the thread, just thought an opinion might help him out, as I'm not sure either.
