    weight loss for women

    I was wondering what weight loss supplement you would recommend for a girl that goes to the gym regulary and watches what she eats. Is there a product that helps burn fat and speed up the metabolism that is suitable for women?

    she needs to loose around 40 lbs and she's really depressed about it.

    if she is that over weight you need to get her diet and cardio in check first.

    yeah bro, at one point i was really fat at around 215, i dropped my weight to 170 with a good cardio and diet


    edit: now im back at tha same weight, just not fat hehe

    get her past the first 3 4 weeks. then she will start to see the diff and feel much better about her self.

    That’s a really good point. Will power is one thing you can't buy. Without it success in achieving any goal is unlikely. You can have a great diet and cardio plan, you can buy the various metabolism accelerating substances, but without will power it's all futile.

    post her diet along with her stats in the diet forum along with wut kind of exercise she does and have her check out the cutting sticky

    Is she willing to work hard or is she looking for a quick fix?

    I can tell you from my own experiences that nothing works better than an extremely clean diet and morning cardio on an empty stomach.
    I have done at least 4 cycles of clen, T3. Var, and was on an ECA stack for like 5 years straight, and I have lost more weight now naturally, not even with a fat burner, in a short period of time than I have with any of the above mentioned cycles.

    I always thought my diet was "clean" too, but in reality I was way off. Document everything, her stats, her goals, her training etc and work on building a diet and workout regimen around that. It is VERY hard work but she will be surprised how quickly the fat will melt away.
