    It takes work, but I have a good evaluation system and I've been doing this for over 4 years. Interestingly, over 1/2 of my clientele are OUTSIDE of the U.S. Many from Canada, Europe, China, Australia, South Africa, and Japan.

    I was skinny but I wanted a way to gain quality lean mass without fat, because although I do not store much fat, the small amount that i do store goes to my face and i wanted to avoid that. so anyway I gained around 8lbs of muscle but my body fat went wayyyyy down. The eating patterns swole gave me, along with cardio advice got me not only bigger, but bigger and more ripped than I have ever been. I still have a long way to go, but I'll swear by swoles programs.

    Dude, i got the same problem! I am lean but any fat i have at all goes to my face...i can have a full six but still haev a bloated face! WTF?!?!? Maybe i need to contact swole

    Thats what I done. I just remember when you could click on the swole- genix pic and It would bring you to your site. I think the correct term is banner ad or sig ad. In anycase no worries.
