The routine I'm on now is like this
D1-arms
D2-calves/hams/abs
D3-Chest/traps
D4-off
D5-quads am/back pm
D6-shoulders/traps
D7-off
Its working well, still getting stronger and putting on size, I've been reading up alot on the GVT and want to try it. Should I change my w/o if I'm still progressing or wait?
