Im not tryin to flame you or anything. Im happy that you have accomplished what you have. But you have stated in almost every thread you make what you weigh, your height, bicep size and max bench.
Its just getting repetitive and cocky to me. Also it seems like you have something to hide if you only ever post those same 4 stats.

benched 165 for 5 reps. AC is out of wack and the rotator is too. Then I felt a funny pull in the middle of my right pec. I'm out of the gym for three weeks. I did some clean and presses for 3 at 145 and that seem to upset the chest more for some reason. I guess, I had slopy form. If I do go to the gym, it's just going to be just for PT and not for 3 weeks.
I don't feel like squatting even. Maybe I'll do some leg press, hack squat, and angled standing calfs. Then another day, leg curls, glute machine and straight leg deads.
I've been running two or three times a week. 30-45 minutes. The rest of the time, I walk with my dog dragging me for that amount of time. Maybe fighting him will get my heart rate up. Maybe I shouldn't take hime because it's bad for my AC/rotator problems.
