Splitting Nolva Pills In Half?

Ok someone told me to take 10mg of nolva every day thoughtout my cycle to prevent gyno... however my source only has 20mg and 25mg pills of nolva... so i have 2 questions for you.

1) Should i just take 20mg of nolva a day? Or

2) Should i split the nolva pills in half and only take 10mg a day?

What amount of nolva would be ideal per day ?

i split them... they get small but all i needed was 10mg... It depends on your cycle and other factors for how much you need. I.E. when I was on Mbol and Test E I needed about 20mg ed when I stopped the MBol, I only needed 10mg here and there.... Hope it helps. I gauged it by nipple sensitivity:-)

Nolva has a long halflife, I have some 25mg caps that I got from my favorite UGL, so I just take one on Mon, Wed, Fri. Averages out to 75mg EW.

You can split them with a single edge razor blade like you probably use for scraping paint from window panes. Or you can get a proper tablet splitter. They are pretty cheap.

IMO I would save them unless you are really get some signs of gyno. If you're taking them ED for precaution I wouldn't exceed more then 20 mg and would stick with 10 mg. Save it for your PCT!

I split mine but i dont see a prob with taking one eod instead

i hear ya smak... however as someone else said... its better to be safe than sorry... an extra $50 during my cycle isn't that big of a deal... if i got gyno i think i'd enter depression dude...

I split my 20mg pills in half and take half a pill every other day. I am doing 600mg of test and that has been fine for me. Just judge it on how your nipples feel, but do not play with them all the time it will make them extra sensative and more prone to gyno, good luck.
