Should i take my nolva trough out the whole cykle, juz when i feel the symtoms or juz under pct?
My gear is Test E 10 weeks 500 a week and some D-bol 30mg ed week 1-4.

if you can, take 10mg of Nolva everyday just as a maintenance thing.

That was my exact first cycle except I ran it for twelve weeks at 500mgs /wk. I ran 10mg nolva throughout and then bumpt it up to 20mgs for PCT. 14 days after last injection of test, i also ran Clomid with my PCT. Worked very well and have sworn to the nolvadex w/ clomid style pct ever since.
