50gr whey + 100gr carbo gain (mixed)

30mins before bed
25gr whey + 5gr glutamine (mixed)
bedtime
ZMA + 2mg Gaba
I was told from trainers at my gym that mixing whey with glutamine is ok but now i'm reading some threads all saying that these should not be mixed. Any comments??
