Test E/EQ Mix

Just wondering if it is possible to have a 10ml vial rated at 250 test E and 200 eq mixed together...if so, is this just as good as doing them seperately? .....and so i guess this would mean it must be condensed or something if 1 cc gives you 250 & 200 mg of gear?

i have never see a test and eq mix in a vial. but if it is some ugl it could be 250mg test and 200mg eq per ml.
