Actually, you'll laugh at me but i'm kinda Powerbuilder: i do long, heavy sets. i don't wanna do 12 reps for a shity light ass weight!!i 8-10 reps heavy ass weights. the pump is one thing, to Xplode your fibers and grow is another....
