I think I have most everything lined up. Been working on my diet with the help of SC and Giant and gear with you boyz. Need some info on good fat/protein only meals as this is new to me, plus I've been totally clean for 3+ years. My test level has always been low (since I was young), so HRT is prob. in my future. Not incred low, but low range. I train 3 on 1 off, 2 on with cardio at least 5 days a week (1st thing in the am, incline walk for 30 minutes at 65%) but more than likely 7 days. I'm 29, 6'2 and 180 with 8% (high estimate). So, I'm talk and lanky looking to get back to where I was in college at 230, but not 15%. So, this cycle I'd like to gain a clean 20lbs+ and keep at LEAST 15. Here's my plan. Huge props for any replies:
