Bullshiat it's illegal for everyone....take a look at TRT/HRT or AIDS patients or other wasting related disease patients....it is prescribed to them by a doctor and it is legal. L-E-G-A-L. AAS are simply a controlled substance like vicodin, vallium, etc. It is not heroine or meth or any of of the other drugs in that schedule.

Which issue of MD does it say that NYPD is allowed to use up to 300mg of testosterone? Does the article state why NYPD has this policy in place? Perhaps for older cops on TRT/HRT or can any joe blow snapperhead use it if they get a hold of Test?
