    it is electrical removal of the hair folicle. Its done with a machine that has a probe that applies an electric charge to the hair folicle and effectivly destroys it

    well in most places its done at Beauty Salons, but you would have to look around. You can definitly do it in the USA. It will take a long time if you have a lot of hair as well

    Just have it waxed. It does hurt a little, but it's inexpensive and lasts about a month and a half for me.
