When I am feeling lazy that is where I always jab. Quads are super easy. Just go slowly in case you get close to a nerve. You will know it. THere will be a strange painful sensation or else your leg will jump a bit. If that happens, just pull almost all the way out, and change the angle a bit to miss the nerve.

yeh dont do it right at the top and on the front like i did a couple yrs ago ...now that hurt like abitch for a week or so,couldnt walk!!
quads are by far the best IMO.. you can use two hands, you have a great line of where you are injecting, and it's a big muscle so it can take alot..
try to inject after a warm shower, and also massage after injecting to avoid soreness.. thats the bad things about quads, if you get sore you'll hurt all the next and everone will think your trying to pimp walk.
Quads are very easy to inject but i have found that this is the most likely site for me to draw blood/hit a nerve, which i have done a few times. This maybe due to the length of my needle that i use (1"). I would stick with 1.5" and this should make it simple as pie.
p.s. Like the new custom title Baron!
