i am doing my second real cycle...i am 210lbs 6'1 i dont know my bf% i would like to gain 15+lbs for this cycle...this puppy will be a 12 week cycle...

week 1-3 1000mg sustanon week
week 4-10 750mg sustanon week
week 1-3 deca 600mg deca week
week 4-12 deca 400mg deca week

i am going to frontload both deca and sustanon...and i will e.o.d all the shots
in the middle of the cycle i will use insulin at 5ius a day....for 4 weeks...starting at 2ius and working my way up...to 5ius...

nolvedax everyday during the cycle
pct...100 clomid and 20 nolvedax for 30 days...

my question is i have been reading deca and sustanon are long esters and i have to wait like a month to use my pct......what if i use dbol after my last shot so i can let the long acting esters leave my body so there is no down time.

actually bro i did it with my second cycle i took 30mg of dbol & then started the pct i dont know if its right or wrong but i had to btw you can get some winny to use in the end to harden up & start pct the next day 2 in the price of 1.

there is no need to frontload that much sust. if you shoot eod you will also get the effect of the prop.

you can go 50ed or 100eod but for me ed is good some ppl take high dosages twice a week like 200mg mon/ 200mg tues but i dont recommend the last way to use winny stick to ed or eod

You need to run the Winny for a minimum of 4 weeks to get its full effects IMO.

Also make sure you have done sufficient research on how to use Insulin, as its side effects can be fatal.

Lastly, you have not inclcuded an Anti-Progestin such as Vit-B6, Bromo or Dostinex to combat the progesterone related gyno side effects of the Deca.
