okay say i get to the gym around 6pm, lift, get my pwo shake about 7-7:15pm... then i have my ppwo meal about 8:30pm or so... which is pro/carb, then i usually go to bed around 9:30pm. Is there a specific time you should wait to go to bed after eating carbs or is that hour i get okay? Bare in mind i am cutting right now too.
