So in reality with creatine ethyl ester you should gain as much water weight just as in mono except the water you will gain will only be inside the muscle (not on the outside which is bloating)...
So if someone gains 8lbs in two weeks from mono
they should also gain 8lbs with CEE right
or maybe a little less just because the muscles can only hold so much water and there wouldnt be any bloat...so maybe like 5lbs???
