would rotating onl y the order of your first 2 exercises in your routine for a body part give you enough variety to increase stimulation once a routine has gone stale?
ex. of a chest routine...
1st routine:
flat bench
incline bench
dips
2nd routine:
incline bench
flat bench
dips
this is considering your lower chest is already developed enough and would like to bring up mid to upper chest, would this create enough "new" stimulation sticking with the same exercises but switchig order?
