I am 185lbs, 9%BF and was trying to cut just a lil bit more fat before I start my next cycle in a month. I was going to cut my carbs from 300 gm per day down to 200 , while maintaining my protein intake at around 250 - 300 gm per day. I have a high matabolism and I am always hungry, what if through the period of a day I am still hungry after eating 300gm protein and 200 gm of Carb, do I eat more protein? Is that a sign my body is not getting enough food? Do i disregard my stomachs call for food? Any feedback would be great.
