    Pics of My evil twin

    Here are some pics, I don't know how to pose for arms. It was after a long weekend so be easy, or don't I can give it back to you in spades.....i hadn't touched arms in a week. etc etc.
    I'm 5-5 164 right now, 30 inch waist, I have only ran GH (1 six month cycle-3ius ed.) and IGF (1 6 week cycle-60mcgs ed.)

    I will have more pics to post manana hopefully. But bring it.

    what the kcuf are you watching on that tv.in the back shot...faces of death. anyway you waist is 30 inc?,, try 35-40 And your closer,, hit the cardio, and no gear just yet, post your diet and workout in the correct forums and you will get the help you need..Learn to pose.. play pumping iron 2 or 3 times..

    i was thinking the same thing. only reason i say so is because we are the same height and a 30" waist on me looks nothing like that.

    this is what happens when you have your friends girl take pictures from the couch. I will have the other ones up later tonite hopefully. I know what my waist is, everything I own is tailored.

    gh was fine for me, its the damn women and booze that ain't. Im 26.

    Oh Dally at least im not bumpin asses to get assless chaps in chelsea.....broughten back....

    I'm pushing 300 and i wear a 38 my waist is way bigger then this dudes.

    stop checking out my ass. i feel uncomfortable with you eye-humping me.

    I swing 3-4 lbs in a weekend. So when I go from thursday morning at 164-165 to sunday night at 169. It makes a diff, but hey....i'm fine with some comments.

    Hit up the diet man, hard.
    I was hitting the gym and cardio hard, and once I finally figured out how to eat, fat melted away and muscle got hard a bigger. Have to have all 3 working hard.
    As far as HG and IFG-1..thats your call, but man thats some touchy sh@t to mess with for just getting started. jmo
