My buddy got some clen from me it's spiro from europharma. Now he started taking one and increased it by 1 every day. Now when he reach five he took all of them at once , he said he still wasnt feeling anything but I said to take 3 twice aday instead. But he never made it to 6 because today his whole body broke out in hives. Now I dont remember reading if that is one of the side affects. But I know that you take 1 and increase if by 1 everyday until you start feeling the sides and then decrease it by one and that is your dose. Need some opinions so I can tell him if this is normal . Thanks
O he had to go to the doctor and the doc said he had a allergic reation from something. Gave him some cream to use.
