My ususally meals after the gym would be
- PWO
- an hour and a half later PPWO (oatmeal/potatoes/rice with protein shake/meat)
- b4 bed a cup of cottage chesse for slow release protein
Now I'm coming home from the gym even later so one of the last 2 meals has to go! Do I eat the oatmeal and protein shake (or some other form of PPWO), or the cup of cc for the slow release protein?
The PWO, of course, stays unchanged.
