Steroid Detection Time (Getting Tested Soon)

What's up,

This question is basically for anybody that has knowledge about the subject. I finished a cycle that had Tren and EQ, both of which is said to stay in the system for about 4-5 months. I finished the cycle at the end of June, and I just wanted to know if it is possible that it could be out of my system yet, and if not, what are any possible alternatives that I can do to try and clean out my system.
