If you are bulking, then the answer is yes, you need the calories. Just remember, maltodextrin is the primary source of carbs, and they are digested VERY rapidly. I would suggest going with some slower release carbohydrate sources. If you are in a pinch, use em, but if you can get to real food, I'd go with the 2 cups of rice or oatmeal, or a big @$$ potato.![]()
agreed. it may be good for postworkout only whilst bulking. It has all the proteins, although not ideal (it has a blend of proteins, not pure whey), and a helluvalot of maltoIt has a GI of 105 so its great Postworkout, just not during the rest of the day

How often you drinking that you should be putting on size for sure. I took this shit called size up one time weight gainer, I mixed that shit with milk and PB to add extra cals, I gained weight for sure but alot of fat too, it's hard to know when to stop at least for me...haha
I'm drinking Whey Protein shakes daily. The myoplex and ultra fuel on the days that I spend more time at the gym, usually right before I go to work.....![]()
