I do the same amount of days while on as i would off cycle. Just more sets each session. I like to hit arms twice a week.
mon: back/traps/bis
tues: chest/tris
wed: off
thurs: legs/bis
fri: shoulders/tris/abs
sat: off
sun: off
i do six days a week
mon: chest
tues: bis and tris
wed: cardio
thurs: back
fri: cardio
sat: shoulders
spend about an hour doing weights mon,tues,thurs,sat
half an hour doing cardio on wed and fri
Six days a week, my split depends on my meso-cycle as I follow a periodised training protocol.
During Hyper-trophy as a generalisation, I usually do cardio for 40minutes, first thing on an empty stomach 4 times a week, except on leg day
Splits:
1) Chest/tris
2) off (cardio)
3) Back/bis
4) off (cardio)
5) Shoulders/abs
6) off (cardio)
7) legs
I usually do 4 days weights/cardio with 3 days off but I change up my workout days every month.
wow i really feel like i'm overtraining now. i've been working out at least 5 days a week usually 6.
mon arms
tues back
wed chest
thurs delts
fri legs
sat anything i feel weak on i add this day (ie do arms again)
also i do cardio and abs at least 2 x a week
i bust my arse in the gym and i am usually there 2 hours...not fckn off workn. everyone i know says i'm gettn huge, must be working good for me but i always wonder if i slow down a bit if i'd grow more. been on this routine over a year now

where's the zero option. I'm on juice why would I have to work out?? lol
I workout 5days aweek on and off.
1 muscle group per week:
Monday: cardio
Tuesday: off
Wednesday: Biceps/ back/ traps
thurs: off
friday: legs and cardio
Sat: off maybe cardio
sunday: Chest /tris/ shoulders

I would make a few changes to the routine personally. For one, you're working your arms before back and chest, so in other words you're exhausting your secondary muscle groups involved in both of those days. Plus I would put your legs in the middle of your routine for a break on your upper body. Just a couple suggestions.Originally Posted by smiler

Cardio added in 3 times a week at my convenience, and abs 3 times a week.
i do 5 dys id like to do 6 but with going heavy all the time 6 is usually a bit 2 much
2 days on, 1 day off, repeat....
mon back 20 sets
tues chest 16 sets
wed delts 14 sets
thurs legs 20 sets
fri arms 20 sets
sat & sun off.
