not sure on the ingredients, but I would say its ok. Anything really spicy also speeds up your metabolism so go for it.
Franks is great stuff......Thats all I use for my chicken. And Pork. Thers not much in it that is bad for you.
i use it all the way up until 2 weeks out from a show...definitely a good sauce.

Frank is the shit!
I eat it on everything and agree with bigsd67. You can use it right up to a couple weeks out of a show if u compete.
After that, you need to be aware of the sodium levels in it.
I dont know what I would do without the stuff!
Yeah the chili-lime flavor is awesome! I can go through a bottle easily in a week. Sodium levels are pretty high for such a small amount, but for those that drink adequate amounts of water (i.e. 1 gallon) - it shouldn't be a problem. Franks's hot sauce is where most of my sodium comes from from a days worth of eating.
As you guys mentioned, for those that are coming close to competing - then it probably would be kept on the shelf, but for someone who isn't competing, I don't see why not, aside from the sodium issue. 1 tiny teaspoon has like 200mg! I need like a few tablespoons!
only thing in it is sodium really, but you need that in decent amounts to keep your muscles full looking.
