ok so thats the good thing about it but i dont understand if letro is a anti-aromatise why is there a rebound affect? an if i take Ldex to fight the rebound will that lower my igf-1 or just not affect it??
thanx all!!
Going to start IGF tuesday, last dose of 50mg clomid was friday, should I be all set?
taper off the letro slowly to avoid the rebound effect.Originally Posted by dogfight
There's really no consensus either way.
In one study letro raised igf-1 (older women) and in another (teenage boys) it was lowered slightly.
Arimidex also shows conflicting results.
Tamoxifen certainly seems to lower igf-1. But it does this by suppressing your endogenous GH release. So if you're injecting GH this really isn't of any concern.
