Normally I would say 48 grams pro with 90 or 100 grams of dex.
Is that the norm for anyone?
I am wondering if its too much and possibly making me fat around the belly.
Would cutting it in half be such a bad idea?

5'7 - 175 when I woke up today - body fat percent is prolly 15% - goals are to get more muscular and not so fat.
You can use the "how to cut" guide atop the page in figuring out what would be optimal for you post-workout shake wise. I believe that the "fat" you are gaining around the belly would be from your diet as a whole (which is not listed), not just from one meal, that being the post-workout offering.

i use 50g pro and 100g dex when bulking
35g pro and 70g dex when cutting
