do you think this diet works for long term or short.

I will admit I am an idiot when it comes to dieting. I try to follow this one but I get sidetracked. Now I'm seriously going to try and kill BF% this time. I have always had a problem with water retention. Now I am 2+ yrs into TRT at 1 cc a week. HRT wtih HGH and Amour thyroid for about 3+ months solid. Had a break because of gyo surgery.

I am attaching the diet that was given to me a while ago.

I am 5'9 260 as of this morning. I am walking 5 miles 6 days a week in hilly colorado, my heart rate stays in the 70 to 85 % HRZ. I have one of those Garmin GPS heart rate monitor, which is so cool.
Todayis Sunday which is cooking Chicken and brown rice day. measuring and pre packing my meals. I am hoping someone can give me some insight as to long term planning rather than short term. I also do a 10 min warmup with my HR in 80% area before I work out. I am lifting 6 days a week also.Sometimes I follow a solid plan lately I have been trying to do 5 sets for every execise. around 5 to 8 reps. Using some poundages except for stuff where it would be safer to have a spotter. I feel like a novice and I shouldn't be . I can train others but I have a hard time challenging myself with out a workout partner. Looking for one currently. May have one. I just would like to drop the BF% before going supper heavy.
I feel I am just missing something to the puzzle.

So any insight would be greatly appreciated.
my pics are posted in the pic fourm.

    thanks in advance.
