Creatine would be good, also depends on what type of cycle you ran. Did you use a methylated compound?

They most certainly do. Test won't destroy lipids but it will effect HDL levels, so Fish Oil is a good thing there. You'll need to up your cals alot during PCT so Clen or Alb will help prevent fat gain.Originally Posted by JNel04

Run 200mg of dhea during pct too. Also, you may want to look into fenugreek and/or maca.

I'd run the Fenugreek, its an herb that helps get you test going. I just used it during PCT and was very pleased. Its dirt cheap too like $5 for 100 caps at the Vitamin Shoppe. ALso Scivation has a new Product called Fenotest with Fenugreek extract I believe.
i looked into the clen and was reading a lil about it and saw that it can suppress appetite and can do several other unwanted sides...i think i'm gonna just go w/ the nolva, clomid and i'll give the fenugreek a shot. u think i'm good? also how long did u run the fenugreek for and how much of a dosage...or just go by what the directions say on the bottle?
Run the Fenugreek starting your first Day of PCT, dose like this:
Week 1: 3 Caps at night
Week 2: 4 Caps at night
Week 3: 5 Caps at night
Week 4: 6 Caps at night
When you buy it, it should be Fenugreek Seed. And yes you're all set. Are you running anything else PCT for lipid support other than the Fish Oils.
I wasnt otherwise u got some kinda suggestions. is there a specific type of fish oil (brand) i should be looking for or are all of them pretty much the same. also whats the dosage for these, and if u dont mind tellin me how do lipids help me in my pct.
For your lipid profile, you'll want to pick up some niacin, red yeast rice, and some garlic oil. Those, along with fish oil will get your cholesterol where it needs to be. You should get your blood tested after your cycle to see what your lipid profile and that will tell you if your levels are normal. Your HDL levels will most likely be too low.
Exactly, make sure the Red Yeast Rice is taken with CoQ10, and get some FLush-free Niacin in addition to fish oils and garlic. And you'll be set, depending on your budget I'd throw some Sesamin in there as well, which has a positive affect on lipids and even during your cycle too , as it is hepa protective.Originally Posted by ginkobulloba

alright i promise this is my last question. i just didnt wanna spend more $ than i had to cuz of a limited budget. but out of all the things u guys had mentioned which ones are the most important and which ones are pretty much the same. I'm talkin about the Fish oil, garlic oil, fenugreek, niacin, red yeast rice, and sesamin? sry for my lack of knowledge on this stuff.
