Was thinking yesterday, because of my recent chest injury. I will be taking 2-3 weeks off for chest. Now last time I did this because of an injury a year and a half ago, I came back stronger and actually broke some plateaus. Here is what I was thinking, I was just wondering if anyone has actually tried this. I thought if I take 2-3 weeks off chest, then when I come back from chest why don't I take off 2 weeks for back, then shoulders, arms, etc... Has anyone tried this stradegy with any luck or results? Rather than taking a month off every 6 months, why not rotate bodyparts a couple weeks at a time a few times out of the year? My main concern would be IF you took off lets say Bi's for 2 weeks, they would still get worked during back, or tri's with chest etc.. any input?
