I'm thinking abut using gear for the first time, to get me over the
top of a plateau I've reached in adding lean body mass.
Stats
I'm 5'9" tall, 178 pounds, and 10 to 12% body fat on a 7 point caliper
measure. My Test levels are on the very low side, but still in the normal range. Lift every week for 2 years (after being off for 10 years) using 4 day cycle, and do cardio 3 times a week. My diet is very solid NO JUNK or alcohol (couldn't say that 2 years ago LOL). I run about 2,800 calories a day of a good mix, including 250 gr of protien.
I'm planning the following cycle (from legitimate sources):
Week 1-10 400mg of Test E
Week 11-12 300 and 200 of Test E
Week 1-12 .25mg Arimidex - Bloat bugs me
Nolva for PCT - but "at the ready day 1"
I'd bump my calories to 3,500-3,800/day, and watch it like a hawk.
I'd especially like to hear from the other "geriatirics" out there.
If I can retain 11-15 pounds of LBM I'll likely be happy forever. Anybody who thinks this is a piece of cake at age 50 be sure and show me your pictures![]()
I realize I'm a little light on the Test based upon recommendations I see
for 500mg/week. But I'm a concerned about loosing my nuts or blowing up
my prostateIn fact, I'm thinking I may go with a 8 or 10 week cycle just
to manage that....but that will wait until I'm underway.
