Winny actually caused my injuries in the knees and to a lesser degree in the elbows. I am never using it again! I havent used it myself but I have heard really good things about deca healing joints and connective tissues.

What if the joints hurt when you take winny can you just take a shot of Deca? Say 50mg or 100mg?? With your cycle?

It seems that a lot of people are running Deca at a 100mg dose once a week.

I posted in another thread, but I'll post here as well.

Deca increases the body's own natural synovial fluid production. Synovial fluid is found in your joints and acts as a lubricating agent to keep your body moving correctly.

I an say that Yes Deca will help in joint pain but with that I have to say that it will depend on why you have pain in your joint. Like noted above it will bring more "fluid" to the joint but if you have a tear of some sort I think you will not be getting any relief from it.

now Winstrol I have heard makes your cartilage brittle so not good to take even with Deca because you will be basically working against each other. I do not know that first hand nor will I try it with these freaking screwed up joints of mine. I think Test is best to go with Deca.

Go to the doctor anyway it is worth the few dollars to see what is happening at least.
