when to take letro?

i know this is the wrong forum but im not getting any answers. i have some gyno an im in the middle of a cycle, ive been running nolva for almost a week an now have some letro. my question is when do i take it an should i split the doses??? please help.. thanx

I would take 2.5mgs every night until the symptoms go away. Once they subside, drop your dose to 1.25mgs every night. I like taking it at night b/c it fukcs up my stomach when I take it during the day. Honestly, letro alone didn't do anything for my gyno. If I were you, I'd def take the letro, but make sure you're taking nolvadex at a high dose like 80mgs every night until gyno symptoms subside, then drop to 10-20mgs....Good luck!

Always remember to taper off letro to prevent an estrogen rebound.
