Are we talking per execise or in total?
So, if done to failure, 3 sets of 8 on bench, incline and cables should be enough for chest for an entire week?
chest is a big muscle so you wanna aim for 12-14 sets not 8-9 like small muscles
For me.... Large 10-12 sets, small 6-8 sets.
So should I stay with bench, incline and cables only and just do 5 sets? Or should I add in a set of 3 with flys?
