For the serostem, For 2ml of water I think 11iu=1iuGH. I mix 1ml of water and 5.5=1iuGH. Sooo, that would make 44iu of water=4iu. So do 22 in morning and 22 at night. BTW why are you mixing it with 2ml.. why not one?

I am mixing 2ml of water to better dissolve the powder, i have had most people tell me the powder better dissolves with 2ml of BW. One ml is ok as well. But as the saying goes " to eaches own". what works for one might not work for another.
