finasteride and prostate

Whats up guys I'm 28 years old and been off gear now for about 1 year. prior to that I was doing on and off for 5 years. For the last three weeks I have been having real bad prostate symptoms the pain in my quads/ feeling like i have to pee all the time/ pain after sex ect. I'm familiar with them because when I was eighteen I had none bacterial prostatitis. 10 years ago they didn't give me any meds they just let me suffer for 6 months while telling me to take aspirin and sits baths. Any way my question is I see know people are getting good results from finasteride. I would like to know at 5 mg doses did any of you guys out there find relief and if so how long after taking it. I'm also going to start taking beta-sisterol. Thanks guys

Go with the Beta Sitosterol which is now cliniclly proven and in Europe prescribed for prostate cancer.

from my understanding propecia and proscar are the same compound only in different dosages. so I think the dht blocking works in both aspects.

Proscar is the 5mg dose, propecia is the 1mg dose. When they were testing Proscar for prostate related issues, the found a strange side effect.... it grew hair... thus propecia.

I have a terrible prostate(almost forty-tons of juice) I live on proscar. 5mg/day will start to work, shrinking your prostate after a few weeks. I have mpb and I noticed that I have not lost anymore hair since using proscar. Also I have to stay away from d-bol or anything else that adds water quickly as my prostate will still blow up like a ballon and crush my bladder, you know how that feels, it's a living hell!
